Just back from 1 week break good friend of mine was looking after my pigeons thanks stevie anyway returned to all birds looking great and 1 extra cock the black cock was lost last year as a youngster he raced the 1st 2 races and was was there just out of the winners sent to sedgefield and never seen him again almost 9 months ago stevie tells me he appeared start of week and checked number knowing it was my ring so put him in with my cocks my concerns are he is in good condition clean feet nice white whittle clean ring ets in order and my contact stick on number imaculate surely if he had been raking the fields and living rough for this time it would be visible where has he been has he been prisoner somewhere and maybe someone tried breaking him now while breeding and hes made for home who knows

big rookery just few hundred yards from my lofts imo they keep the birds of prey away anything in area and they go crazy outnumbering and squauking not had any probs so far with attacking pigeons
