you could be indeed right. thats all they used to get years ago,so ive been told. none of these new diseases around then. what did they use....good corn and water. remedies..such as bicarb,epsom salts to clean them out. was there any others ???? when did young bird sickness first start, and where...was it belgium.? atb

vandies, when we first started out with pigeons,around 7 years ago,we got some of them george gorley,lucas,vandies,couldnt live with the new strains that were on the scene at the time,they always used to be 10 minutes behind the winner. nice birds tho. id deffo try the right ones,if there is any

NO hormoform..why just trying something different. thats why im adding codliver oil tell me if im wrong...hormoform...pearl barley,golden boost,codliver oil. i used to spend a fortune on that product. atb

this year im going to hopper feed verse-laga breeding,as usual when the youngsters are about 14 days old,im going to put a pot of maples in each box. when i take the youngsters away,again they will be on the maples for a month. going back i always fed breed and wean,the white dari got snaffled up,and most of the maples left you end up with seed eaters not buying any hormoform either,iyl put a tad of codliver oil on their snap a couple of times a week. Marmite in ther water twice a week...full of vits Ribena in there water twice a week,a must on a saturday,along with honey,got that tip of a very good pigeon man. still carry on with the peanuts tho,and the sneaky mix. are you lads changing anything this year?? nothing ventured nothing gained as they say. all roads lead to rome,or at least i hope they do atb stu.

they have been together now around 6 days, i have introduced their bowls today. im feeding 90% barley,along with 10% diet,pickstone + grit/garlic in there water my question is,,,what do you feed yours when pairing up thanks in advance. HAPPY NEW YEAR stuart
