I had 1st,and 2nd in our club,ended up 6th fed,on the ets i could have stayed put on the patio,with a couple of mates having a beer watching them pile in,instead of taking of rubbers same again tomorrow i hope,depending on the weather!! hope you all GET A GOOD ONE! ATVB

Been trying to get onto the ets,in both our clubs,but to no avail there,s about 3 of us who want it, but the old timers are TOTALLY AGAINST IT. they are hell bent on stopping us...T3s only. flat caps and whippets come to mind. there even talking about closing down the club,and starting a new one. excluding me and the others that want ets. its no wonder the sport is in DECLINE Talk about moving forward with the times

Has any of you lads got any of these sprinters??, If so have you had any success with them. i wouldnt mind getting my hands on a couple of pair of stockbirds/youngsters at the end of the season. who wins with them in the uk,and if a possible a contact no thanks for looking atb

a friend of mine,put a thread up on this topic on another site,and is still in the dark. i thought builders lime..BUT isnt it a bit dodgy regarding respitory problems,to humans/pigeons. to be honest i aint got a clue either, so i thought id ask you knowledgable fella's... what is the best product to get and were from. And if there is such a product.... how much lime do you mix in to say with 3 bags of sharp sand. Stu. ps dont say 3 to 1

get a eagle owl,my mate knows of a chap in the midlands,on a loft visit,who has one. he lets it out to do a sweep of the garden in the morning. keeps it in a shed,at the very end of his lofts,yes he was astonished when he peeked into the shed very tame to,it had a perch at the end of the garden it flew to,and back,into its shed HE DID HAVE PEREGRINE PROBLEMS...BUT NO MORE HAWK PROBLEMS SINCE HE GOT THE EAGLEOWL I KID U NOT. atb

as for the sun,there off the dark at 9,in the morning,as have all my youngsters over the years. never had any problems in the moulting department,well not yet anyways thanks for the replies.

I only race youngbirds, at the end of the season,even those that have scored and runners up have to go. Apart from the odd ones,that go for stock!

Some are STILL heavy in there body moult,they have been on the dark since weaned, yet others look like yearlings. im only taking them very steady with there training..5,10,miles loads of them. and maybe,two 25 milers tues/wednesday twice a week when racing, in intervals of groups of 5

my youngsters,were early bred december/january. most of them are flying up to an hour and a half, and some are going into breeding mode im toying with parting the sexes,and free flying them split.. err but.....bet you if i did so,they would not excercise so vigouresley. or free fly ALL TOGETHER,then split em again.next week im going to start them down the road anyways,then i know their free exercice will indeed decrease. thanks for looking atB
