aye the green eyed monster is never far away george and both the top fanciers and the worse fanciers can suffer from it some of the comments ive heard so called good doo men come out with are shocking in learning how to win a good sportsman has to learn how to lose and give credit where its due

lol well i suppose you could just buy birds from winning lofts in your own area tony but you still have to sort the wheat from the chaff pal both in buying and racing no one says its easy thats why we all love it so much although being a bit mad helps dont you think

funny when i looked at the last post you did on the rings i had the same problem i had to go to the arrows at top left hand of my computer and arrow back till normal was thinking you had enlarged your page to much duncan try and reduce your page size see if that works it was a mistake i made often when i first got the computer m8 im still learning but give it a try

over the past few months we have been reading guys opinions and fads on what they give there birds to get to the top table everything from mole hills cheese vinegar garlic multi vits even my own poition which i swear by feeding at 18 pounds a bag feeding at 4 pounds a bag peanuts and oils to put on the feed but it has been proven over the years everything works but all the fanciers using this stuff and winning out of turn have one thing in common and that is good pigeons if you dont have good winning blood in the loft nothing you give them will make them win now some guys are just happy to have pigeons and compete in the racing and are happy just to see them get home if your one of these guys thats fine just keep doing what your doing and enjoy your pigeons but for the guys who want to win races and trophies all your efforts must be to obtain good winning bloodlines from friends or for most of us buy the best you can afford according to your pocket from a good stud or a top fancier from the latter the best time to approach him is just before national time if its distance birds you want and ask if you can buy eggs from the national birds and have your own birds sitting ready to catch them with the sprint guys just after racing has ended is when to try them for eggs or youngsters now ive known lots of guys that have done this and some who have spent fortunes on buying good pigeons and still done nothing with them sure they won the odd blow home or get one in a bad race or an east wind and stick the chest out and let you know how well bred the bird is and what its parents cost but these are good birds that win in spite of the fancier not because of him because you pay big money for them does not make them winners once you have them you have to get off your backside and work the birds no matter how much you pay for them not all carry the winning lines and if you are not prepared to put the work in to fined them out your just kidding yourself good fit healthy pigeons can and will win on any good dry clean feed fresh drinking water grit and minerals keep your money in your pocket till you get the birds first then you know what your working with and not flogging a dead horse then if they dont win its rubbish birds you have if you have done your bit they should do a turn for you nothing will sicken you more if you know you are putting the work in and doing the best for your pigeons and they are not performing get rid of them and get some new blood in that respond to how you work them if you want to win time and effort have to be put in know what you want then go for it and most of all enjoy your pigeons

does not kill lice on buzzards and some of us have seen a difference using it robert or sit back and do nothing

time to get the anti sect on them again i think kill the lice

works for me steven and a few others that have tried it thats all you can ask m8

both steven we use it if our birds are in contact with other birds training or racing kills most things they pick up in the basket e coli samonella and its anticeptic and antifungal stops birds throwing up in 24 hours
