Hi all, I have another question about the dark system. I have my birds on the dark, they get lightened when I get home from work which is 5 and they go dark when the sun goes down. Could I lighten my birds at say 6 in the morning before I go to work for an hour and then put them back on the dark until I get back from work at 5 when I open them up again for evening exercise until the sun goes down? Basically it will be 2 days in one for them won't it. Will it be ok. hope I've explained properly thank Shaun

i use garlic, i just buy the easy garlic in jars mixed with white wine vinegar that you find in tesco or other supermarkets, 1 tbs to 5 l of water twice a week.

very disappointing for me in my first full year, miles behind in every race apart from the first young bird race (19th fed) mind it was only 40 mile onwards and upwards for next year though, cant wait!
