has been below freezing all day here , 9 frozen drinkers done , and me just about ....

i normally reach "panic stations" 2 weeks before first race ,then throw them into a basket ,half a dozen 10 milers should be enough .

Old Birds =deprivation of some sort .Young Birds =show and tell "race home ,or your going in the bucket" ,on the whole worked so far .
