have tried both in the past , in the end put 3" nails through a length of timber then srewed to fence top , that worked for that area ,but was still over-run with cats

its no easier even when retired Mike . i am looking at reducing the numbers here ,to reduce my work-load with them ,and fly the youngsters out ,hopefully only the good uns will be left too ??

i posted something similar up about 2 weeks back , this blue check only been over a few days , not yet up on the perch and whoosh on the wing out the door , came back a few hours later and caught it when it landed in a hanging basket on the stock loft ,amazing eh ??

they look very well made .

just like any other day it seems , baby-sitting , laundry ,more laundry , dish-washer ,and more laundry i am so lucky to be retired early ??
