have done it before Harry , in a routine ,day before trying the sputnik "half feed" only .those that didn't trap ,were locked out ,they were first in the next day .having said that , easier for me there only feet away from the back door ,different for you ?

very true John. although mine are out for the first time in 2 weeks ,they need to range , fly together ,and trap through a sputnik not the door (as they are now) then be trained ,maybe asking a lot in 2 weeks

yes I understand that fully , my 2nd home still had a shaving on 1 foot ,I am absolutely certain she hadn't gone down.it may just be down to the individual (bird) its certainly not easy Barry , that's for sure . I believe in all honesty ,we as a fancier need to look to ourselves first for any answers ,before any other reason .will chat again about it pal. well done on your timing .
