took me 10 minutes to read , but a great read , made me smile . . for me the birds took a back seat this season ,put no effort in waiting on my operation ,which was moved 3 times however was encouraged to send ,so i had something to see on a Saturday ,only to feel more dissapointed as results didnt happen as normal. not even well enough to carry a basket about ,had Mrs Burgess or club-mates to do it for me ,although thankfull, just made me feel even more useless.so "my low" for this season had to be the WHOLE of it start to finish . however , i did have 1 spectacular "high point" which i wont forget in a hurry .Mrs Burgess flew the youngbird team and whilst i was in hospital only a week after the op she visited Saturday night of the first youngbird race to tell me she won 1st ,2nd and 3rd club , also topping the fed .i was so happy for her as i laughed so much i almost fell apart at the seams good job the wires and stitches held up .
