well now we can see the official result . well done to Greenbar with a closest guess of 1253. actual velocity of first bird home to Team Burgess lofts was 1252.

still only 5 from 8 , yet , had another hen from 2 weeks ago ??? which has me hopeful over the next few weeks they may yet show up ??

5 from 8 (plus a hen from 2 weeks ago) . first home looked rough , like he,d had a hard time . all others looked well. i am assuming the first homed without stopping and the others went down for a drink . it was a hot day after all .
