must be but it certainly doesn't feel it,I've been wearing hat gloves and couple coats when out at loft, as soon as a bad frost comes bang and its all gone, last year we had snow in March and April and all my veg lost the lot even potatoes that had not started coming through

can't believe it with all this crazy weather trees are budding some not long lost leaves, flowers in bloom
