Chris if he is crossing show racers into racers and selling is he stateing they are racers or show racer crosses or not saying anything then its upto the buyer to be the judge also it was not an auction it was a pen sale the guy had ordered birds off Jaap to be taken to the sale which he paid for the 2 that where not where a special breeding pair he was going to put on Elimar to be auctioned yes i do agree with you he should never have given the ring cards or peds untill he recieved payment for them but he did not deserve to be ripped off for being nieve all is iam asking for is who ever the guy is to sort it out with him his e-mail is leestowsmith@aol.com he has asked me to help find this guy but i would be surprised if his name is in fact ALAN SMITH cheersAlan-

Gareth have tryed SHU they would help but we do not know his address and so far does not seem to exist but think he is Scottish some one at the sale will know this guy just would like him to contact Jaap and sort this out cheers Alan

help required on Sunday 09/12/07 a sale was held at Newmains 14-00 to 17-00 hrs Manse rd Newmains by Jaap Van Alpen and his son in law Jaap had brought over birds that where ordered also sale birds and a special breeding pair that he was going to put on Elimar at the sale lots of fanciers wanted to buy them but he stood firm untill a mr ALAN SMITH who had already ordered birds from Jaap and had got them he continually badgered Jaap untill he would agree to sell him the pair only problem being he had no more money with him but promised to send the money over to Jaap as he had already bought birds off Jaap and no problems with paying Jaap gave hime the birds ring cards and peds yes you have guessed this person never paid and after a number of attempts to contact him is only left with one or two options some one must know this guy would they please pass on any info so we can resolve this situation its either that or put this in the hands of the police we get enough bad publiity with out this sort of crap thanks Alan

Chris i do not know what his birds where like at the shows i can only comment on my own and there is nothing showy about them every one who has seen and handled them has said they are top class real racing type cheers Alan

he has not got show birds but if you look at his Arden based birds they would win in any show cheers Alan

there is also brakius van wan roy wan der wegen as well

Jaap does not race now but was one of the best flyers in his combine when he flew also a top judge he has a small breeding stud and has several familys some very good lines the ones i have off him i am delighted with and have another couple of pair coming cheers Alan

guys i have just phoned mr Hitchcock and told him that i am not happy with lot 1 in his cin auction he assures me that the person named lives in Lincolnshire i have stated to him to stick up the area he lives as he has not paid and that stops people being asked why they have not paid for birds who have nothing to do with this crap i could say a lot more but will keep my thoughts to my self as could end up getting banned through a P--k like him cheers Alan

i have sent you a P M mr Hitchcock answer it please as i would like to know where the buyer of lot 1 is from as it certainly is not me i never put a bid in for it or any other bird put up where he is from as it has not been paid for and i have friends asking questions if i buy some thing i pay cash nothing else clear this up please as i am getting really PI---D OFF WITH YOU BIG TIME cheers Alan
