There is a great deal to be gained her by attempting to educate the public and to have them on our side. This could be done relatively easily by publishing pictures of pigeons which have escaped raptor attacks. These need to carry graphic images of wounds. There should carry text explaining just how many such attacks and victims there are. Unions should pay to have these published in newspapers while members could distribute them and display them in prominent positions. Such posters would also highlight the damage being done to songbirds who suffer the same fate. I am sure this would see a gradual turning of the tide and reduction in the revenue of the RSPB.
