  6. Hi Bob If your droppings are still bad then give me a shout John
  7. Vic Crowe and Worrall probably top the Combine with that. they usually give Jones & thomas three mile but from this racepoint they give Crowe and Worral 3 mile. But well done to them for 1st North West Combine How did you get on yourself?
  8. cant beat those Jones & Thomas blokes 1,2,3,4th one @ 12.21, 12.22, 12,22, 12,25 and 12,25. just managed to beat the fifth pigeon. can you belive we give Widnes overfly when on any "normal race we get tim eoff them" John
  9. Sorry Vic after the rant I sent and clocked at 12-27-01
  10. Vic firmly believe the North liverpool fed set this up for themselves, total B******S if you ask me. Never heared of the Wirral having to give Widnes three mile. They still got beat by the Wirral from a racepoint and wind in their favour....Talk about hand picked.. Dont think I will be sending with the Combine next year will just send with the MNFC. Sick of the crap at meetings and sick of the Liverpool feda nd Amal trying to run things all the time and at 27.00 per crate and 1.50 per crate holdover
  11. 33 just behind Vic North West flying the flag
  12. Vic Kingsdown is hard to find on the map it is over towards the West side towards Plymouth I believe, still a direct line from Liverpool. Just look down from Liverpool and you will find it near the coast John
  13. Vic Not too sure...... Probably North Liverpool. Cannot believe the decision. These birds have been prepared for a testing 500 mile race and they will be going 180 mile. Cannot believe it. at least Portsmouth is 200 mile. I know the decision not to be able to lib in France is not their fault but you could turn it into a race where they have to think about it and not just a straight line from Liverpool. The North Wirral members will not be happy at this and this will fuel the fire to pull out of the combine because it is dictated by the Liverpool members. 180 mile my *expletive removed*... Not happy John
  14. Vic It makes you laugh mate. the birds stopping at Portsmouth overnight and then getting driven to Kingsdown to be libbed. Why???? Could it be no Liverpool member topped the combine from Portsmouth???? John
  15. Vic cant see it being up to the delegates, it will be up to the emergency commitee, to decide. Can see the Amal voting for those places as it will benefit them. At these meetings they always do what benefits them the most rather than the combine. The Amal at the last meeting said the following" We will support the inland programme if it is Portsmouth, if its not Portsmouth we will not support it" Anyhow we agreed as the North Wirral will race anywhere, the amal must have thought they had an advantage from there and The North Wirral topped it both races 11,000 pigeons both times. Good luck Vic wherever it will be, will phone the sec in a short while and let you know John
  16. looks like those yearling will be doing 200 miles max this week John
  17. Vic the North west Combine just due to dock in France will be turned away immediately, not DEFRA this time but French Authorities. Looks like it will be a coast race....Gutted
  18. Looking at the various rings could be strays someone could not be arsed reporting John
  19. Does anyone know a MR PA Keegan from the Dublin area Many Thanks John
  20. Best of luck Vic I hope your 2nd Combine LOL John

    Scenario

Here is one to ponder over. If you have a bird return from a gruelling 12 hour flight and the bird drops and stays were it lands ie on landing board or on loft roof, as its uncapable of moving Are you contravening RPRA rules if you clock that bird in if it has not enter your racing loft? John
  22. Harry Newton also had two on the night Gez One at 4-30 and one at 8-40 all four birds are gallant pigeons john
  23. Hi Gez here is rough distances
  24. The best is between Barry Maidment in N. Wales and CD Jones in Neston 3-45 approx. Next on the Wirral is 4-30. Roy Harding I believe sent in the Beeston 2 bird and clocked at 3-45. It was a very difficult race for whatever reasons but some birds made it John
  25. Gez at little sutton 7 birds home best was 3-45ish (not too sure). A tough race still waiting on mine and it is thundering here too
