That's why ayrshire don,t want to lib with ballochmyle because it help the Killie boys ,it time the two feds were going together every week.

Nobody mentioned starting on the 14th, start on the same week as lanarkshire at a shorter racepoint then tie up the following week . It will no matter anyway because I,ll be surprised if ballochmyle go west .

The racepoint at longtown was in at the cattle market , appleby the golf course use to be the racepoint , but am sure midland go somewhere else .

My racers have been locked up since end of September, but my latebreds are on open hole everyday lost one of roof and one to bop , but it won,t do it again

There's nothing wrong with the start date , it give the ayrshire feds a week to get a shorter race in but longtown race point is not a good one ,cables overhead that's why most feds pulled out. The racing will be no different down the west there will still be losses.

My opinion is this , it does,nt matter where we race from we will get a clattering every now and again , east or west , I prefer the east route , but where ever ma fed decide to go that's the route ma doo,s will go .

Two races this year that I could,nt split , the last old bird race from thurso with ayrshire north road fed 1st,2nd & 3rd club , 1st ,2nd & 7th fed . Not sure of Birdage and 1st eight in club and 1st ,2nd ,3rd 4th ,16th, 17th, 18th & 19th fed from 2100 birds at first young bird race with ballochmyle fed .

I think its a very good race programme, I would like to see the first inland Nat to be a week later and also go back to newbury ,

Due to our federation show taking place on sat 5th of November 2011 , it has been decided to delay our quiz /presentation night for a few weeks , as soon as I arrange a new date I will post it up.

I have had 3 latebreds killed in the last 5 days by bop, it won,t do it again .

my latebreds youngsters are on open hole all winter , they do what they wish all day , next year will race them out to 200 / 250 miles . work well this year.

this year i used bamfords wizard mixes , as per there feeding chart , and was very happy with them for old and young birds, will be using them again next year for racing.

you never hear the guys in the real west moaning , we just get on with it

I,ll be putting mine back onto the dark on monday for two weeks , then extend the daylight for two weeks , tried this last year and work a treat for the darkies.

I have a old crisp box in each section, with a inch slot cut into the side of the box. seen this on a dvd , and it works the feathers seem to find there way into the box. then empty it every couple of days.

sent 6 to Otterburn with ballochmyle 100 miles all home & 6 TO Portlethan with ayrshire north road all home .
