Ok I’m not saying filling the sky every weekend during the Racing season is not beneficial to them of coarse it is but they are not going to curl up and die if we cease Racing they will easily hunt and thrive on other species until we decide to race again !!

Young 11 year old lad starts up he joins a club but they only allow him Fed flying facilities and not for flying for club tickets because I take it he lives abit to the North albeit there is a older Fancier in same club even further to the south but no problem for him ?? I work with the young lads uncle and his exact words to me was “No wonder yer sports F@cked !!

  13. Aye it was a few year ago Walter About 20 year !! the boat was the “Kevarry†PD 203 skippered by Sid McLean and his loon Kevin she was a Sputnik built in Aberdeen I think ?? Scratch in by at the Seine net in winter for round huddicks and pair trawl in summer for e flats oot SW !! Luckily we had hydraulics !! Best boat I was ever on Great crew and great square ups !! Nae thieving !!
  14. Walter I was also a fisherman for 22 year and for sure seen em oot at sea !! Remember scratching at the Seine net aboot 50 mile SW o Peterhead and there was een hanging aroon for a day or two it was landing on oot forit mast at nite and also seen on numerous occasions this time o year sparrahaks aswell ! They were hunting the small birds that were migrating remember the top deck being covered in feathers

  16. Peregrines were traditionally and still are found in coastal areas and are very much at home hunting over the sea so there is every chance.
