due to the current forecast a decision will be made by noon tomorrow regarding basketing

North of Scotland approx 2600 birds were libbed at arbroath at 10am, high broken cloud and a light south wind , birds cleared well atb to all competing

the birds are not yet liberated due to 100% cloud cover at race point, race controller is hopeful of it clearing soon and next message will be 10am

basketing is going ahead as per normal, 20 cocks 22 hens per crate, next update will be 9am on Saturday all members please be aware that due to the race cancellation last week our programme will now have only one Arniston instead of the original two

nos fed sale now to take place on the following sunday at the new venue of inverurie locos club viewing 12.30 for a 1.30pm start

there will be no racing this weekend to to poor forecast, we will be racing next week from arbroath instead of kirkcaldy and further updates will follow regarding programme amendments to facilitate the change. tomorrows yb sale has now been re-scheduled to next sunday with a new venue of the loco works inverurie due to the banff venue being unavailable, viewing will be from 12.30 sale start 1.30pm

due to a poor forecast the basketing for arbroath has been delayed by 24 hrs, next message 11am on saturday

starting this year i will be posting all of the basketing/liberation news on behalf of our fed, davy hay our race controller will be passing all info to me and it will be posted asap, PLEASE ALL MEMBERS do not add any further posts on the threads as they will be for information only, i will also be requesting admin to lock thread once birds are libbed. hope we all have a cracking season and roll on a week saturday ^_^
