  1. Well done to both of you. All the best, Paul.
  2. I hope it got bl@@dy indigestion Paul.
  3. That is sad news indeed. I was asking Taylorslofts earlier how he was doing. Billy was a character and a very good pigeon fancier. I remember we used to have a laugh when we were training the birds with Sandy Robertson's trailer and we would stop in past Davy Gibb. My thoughts are with his family at this sad time. I am glad I bumped into him at Blackpool this year as I hadn't seen him since I moved up here. Rest in peace Billy. Paul.
  4. What was in the coke though? ;D ;D ;D I am sick I couldn't make it through looks like it was a great day. Well done Ian. I hope all goes well as I am sure it will. Paul.
  5. Ian, Can you send me a copy of this picture I have a hellish problem with mice under the shed, that may be the solution I am looking for. Paul
  6. I have recently returned to keeping racing pigeons after breeding exhibition budgerigars. You have hit the nail on the head. Watching the birds flying round the house beats everything for me and seeing them come from a race is a joy to behold. 7 weeks and counting for me and hopefully I will see it again. Paul.
  7. Hello and welcome. Keep an open mind and you will be ok. There are plenty of people on here to help you. All the best, Paul.
  8. Remember mine :)
  9. Thats him gone then!! I think he needs to take a long hard look in the mirror. Sport is dying and it isn't just BOP's doing damage. Paul.
  10. You were bothered when Joe 61 and his cronies were having a go at you. Different story then, boot on the other foot and all that. Your rattle was right out of the pram as I remember. You must have a short memory or maybe you have grown yourself a shell for your back as you put it as you certainly didn't have one back then. Give the guy a break he is maybe just looking for re-assurance and not riddicule. Paul.
  11. Your avatar may cause offence to people with big ears or the follically challenged. Where do you draw the line???? Paul.
  12. Its a bit like those wierdo's that were mutilating horses, cutting off tails and maines. I couldn't work that out either. The world is full of very strange people!!!! :(
  13. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
  14. Happy birthday Duncan. Been to the Lomond tavern a couple of times with Harry. A real pub with fantastic food and more than MOST people could eat ;) Paul.

  16. Definately Thunder............ far too quiet to be his snoring (sleeping)(sleeping)(sleeping)(sleeping)(sleeping)(sleeping)(sleeping)(sleeping)
  17. Great to see. I have a photo somewhere of my son with his favourite bird ( a white grizzle of course ) when he was two. It was 1st club 3rd fed in it's first race. He is now letting my birds out at night when i am working late. He gets them in and feeds them and shuts up. He is really enjoying it and it is a great help to me only thing he would have a loft full of fancy colours. Long may it continue Paul.
  18. Probably best to pm him for it would you not. Wouldn't want anyone contraviening the data protection act would we

  23. You dont pay V.A.T on straight feeds but have to pay it on mixes. Unless you would be making very large quantities it would be easier to buy a depuritive mix other wise you will be buying and mixing 6 or more bags at a time. Only issue I see with feeding it in hoppers is that the birds will pick out the titbits and leave the rest and not get the balanced feed they need. Paul.
  24. Well Done Karen. Regards, Paul.
  25. I always wondered what that was for. I didnt have a clue what you could do with that. Everyday is indeed a school day. Paul.
