We could say the same about sparrowhawks, peregrines etc but I am sure everyone on here would like to see their numbers controlled despite them 'having as much right to be here' as our birds. Ferals need controlled the damage and mess they produce is very damaging to our cause. The facts are that joe public in general hate them because they mess up the streets and buildings and look terrible. They think that racing pigeons and ferals are one and the same thing.
