  1. as normal with most things within pigeon racing nothing would happen until something goes wrong! If the club has only a handfull of members, only 3 turn up they will almost certainly put the birds through, but then another member objects to the result or something else in the club and it hits the fan!
  2. anybody paying fee's is a member wether they race or not but same applies at Marking if there are not at least 4 members there nobody can send!
  3. i hope none of the clubs turning away members have received lottory grants!

It won't be a silver from a silver hen unless the cock carries the silver gene!
  5. most forums have the facility to post result but very few do! How many clubs are there in the UK but how many send results to BHW etc? Idea good but don't think it would be used! JMO Phil
  6. no, a partnership is just 1 member!
  7. If a club has minimum amount of members, whats the point, no competition, 1 members leaves and you've got no club and unless every member turns up at marking nobody can race there birds in the club!
  8. RPRA i think its either 4 or 5 but SHU may be different! Why do you want to start a new club, whats wrong with the current ones?

  13. Mine are locked in the boxes with 1 pair at a time being allowed there liberty, this way they settle to there boxes and know where they are. Once the hens have laid the second egg the boxes are opened and because they are settled don't cause any problems with going into the wrong box etc. Also this way means the 1st round of eggs are 100% from the pairs I want!

  19. some birds mature quicker than others, they will show you when they have become adult, if a cock bird they will start chaseing hens, if a hen it will start playing upto the cocks!
  20. I think tony said original letter was in BHW about 2 weeks ago. The organisation refers to a club or fed and not region and as far as i can see the matter hasn't been taken to region by a club.
  21. This weeks BHW, west midland region meeting report i understand.
  22. It hasn't been taken to region as far as it reads. As far as I see it the member placed claim for a region award, the bird was found not to be his so region placed it on there own agenda, efectively region took it to region so nobody to appeal!
