not big enough scale, you need to be able to identify individual buildings and garden plots to be able to pin point loft location.

I think bt should be congratulated and asked to put a lot more up! Yes Mick, there are some valid cases. There are also cases where fanciers become ill and struggle to feed and care for the birds as they wish, in these cases where are the local fanciers to give them a hand! Mick you will know who i mean when I say Eddie V, recently lost his wife who has been ill for some time so birds havn't been raced and have become a chore. Now his wife has sadly gone a local fancier is helping him reduce the birds down to a manageable number to give him something to keep him occupied without getting bogged down cleaning, feeding etc.

Only new family on trial this year are some Black Bombers and a couple of new stock introduced over the winter.

A week out for the first time and having been shut in for probably months I wouldn't expect them to fly for long as they have to regain fitness! Don't try forceing them to fly as they have also only just been broken and if you push them to far they will say sod this we'll go and find an easier life elsewhere! Feed will also depend on wether they are sitting, fedding young etc as it will need to be varied. 1/4 oz in the morning and 1oz evening if sitting or flying to the perch should be fine but measure your corn as your saying they get 1/2 to 1oz eve, theres a lot of difference to a bird between those 2 amounts.
