There are still older fanciers around who don't let them out until the eyes have changed.

if somebody coordinated the info, i.e Rasbull, from individuals that have information on the above then it would look better than everybody posting a bit.

but maybe a small piece about all of them on the songbird site would help give the public a better opinion and remove some of the flat cap and whipet image

to have a real effect fanciers need to keep all birds confined for 1 or 2 years, then the RSPB may take notice there poor birds are starving!

thats the main one! Had a women last year, she asked me if i could pick her up at the end of her road so the neighbours didn't know she was having lessons, it turned out she was driving the kids to school every day and taking there horse box to shows at the weekend! Another lad passed his test and said "great, I can start work driving for my dad tomorrow"!, The lad was 18. I ask what he would be driving and he told me it was his dads truck! Pointed out he needed HGV etc and he said "why, my dad hasn't got one"! No hope realy is there!

you'd be amazed at what people think they can drive or tow but never check there licence!
