Well done George great achievement m8 .The boxing training is very good but if you want your lads to have every inch of their body aching in the morning then try rugby training. Ive done both and I can remember at rugby training,on a Tuesday we had a 8- 11 mile run then some circuit training,a couple of short games of touch rugby, then weights. That's one night training , the Thursday training wasn't just as heavy going but was still very tough. We were like coiled springs in those days, fit as fek. Now its fat as fek :lol:
