The race was a breeze with over half the entries timed in an hour. George Hunter from Elphinstone was the winner on 1321 vel winning £1065. 2nd. Davie Linton Gilmerton all pools £1500. 3rd W.Kinnear & Son £800. I will post full result when I have it. On a personal note 4/5 within 2 hours of winners although half an hour off the pace.

Of the 146 pre-entered youngsters, 89 were basketted tonight for Peterborough, flying tomorrow for £2620 prize money and £3100 pools. Good Luck all.
