England never get it the premiership is overloaded with top class overseas players if you left the teams with just English players at the moment none of them would compete tournament after tournament they turn up with players with big reps that are undeserved the players who make them week after week are in the other team then they are exposed for what they are on the whole ordinary rooney is the best player in the team by a country mile once they click and build a team around him as every other country does then they will do what they should do at least semi final every time but the need to sort the premiership out first good luck with that
