Have a look back at some of the entries the racing classes had and then look at the entries for the show classes and you,ll find that the sums dont add up. We had a long hard think about these classes this year n if you aint happy dont come. Why not volenteer your servises and give a hand join us on the commitee and have your say you only have to give up one weekrnd from Friday morning bout 8 o,clock till Sunday bout 6 ish at nite so aint too much to ask eh. Any takers ?

Any Section B young birds are being picked up from the lanarkshire boys at gladsmuir on their way up.

There,s only one fancier in Gullane names Harry Irvine but I dont have a phone no for him but as its only a small village the non fancier may know him.

Done well today tho beat at least one of the others in the race. Prob need t find a bookie that pays 17 places for each way

As Ive said on another thread St Boswells for no apparent reason is a dodgy place to train our Pigeons. Either go past or lib before and you get a good toss but lib on the Green and you get a sticky one. Dont have the answer but just an observation I have made over the years.

St Boswells is a funny place. Looks like an ideal tossing point for us but always have dodgy returns from there. Go 5mls past or 5mls short is always better but def not in St Boswells. May seem strange but thats how we find it.
