I am planning to have a yb race or 2 this year to raise funds for the local primary school. for their trips etc. I thought if I am training birds fro Glasgow or wherever they might as well be earning some money for a good cause.

Apparently one has moved in about 10 miles from me. Hope so. We saw one on holiday in Cyprus this year, stunning birds.

Do you think dowel is better than mesh for inside, for the section fronts etc?

That makes sence Yellow. Founds are down for the loft now. it should be up early next week. I will order up the fronts etc then build the boxes to suit. Cheers.

Thanks lads. I am planning to fly widowhood and was planning 16 pairs but I am struggling to fit them in. I'm trying to work out section sizes etc. I've been looking at all sorts for Ideas and sizes. What are pipo boxes used for? Their in all the adverts but Ive no idea what their for. Ta. Al.
