A friend of mine has had 1 of his Lanarkshire yb's reported in Wigton this afternoon from todays race

I gave a few people a wee fright earlier when i accidentally put LONGTOWN instead of APPLEBY in my text to tell them the birds were up i have never had so many quick replies :lol: Sorry for the wee fright guys :emoticon-0140-rofl:

heard this week that 1 of the Larkhall members has lost 15 birds in the 1st 2 races and he said he cant ever remember that happening before? ps...he husnae sent tonight but isnae hard on his yb's anyway

Sent 26 in the end tae Kelso as trainers with South Lanarkshire

Good doos are born in my opinion it disnae matter how many races or tosses they get as yb's if they are gonnae be good racers as old birds they will be

A Fife yb landed with 1 of my doos fae Kelso on saturday afternoon it never went into my loft but went into another loft 50 yds away was reported but no one phoned it will be put in the stray basket friday night ps... it's a nice wee doo

The older yb was there the back of 5 earlier but the wee wan wasnae

Watched the game in the pub earlier and to be honest Helsinki looked no better than a pub team and i was surprised Celtic only scored 2 goals

Took 59 (47 older wans and 12 wee wans for their 3rd toss they started at 7 mls went to 17 and now 3rd toss 30mls) to Meldons today lib'd them with the about 2000 other doos heading back our way result is 1 older 1 missing and 1 wee wan missing
