Agree The NEHU just put this ETS straight in without consulting the members. T he biggest mistake over ETS seems to be the way it has been introduced without any say from the members. On reading proposals one fed in the west durham put forward a proposal to ban ETS and we were told not to even consider this proposal as it cannot be banned.As i have said before i am neither for or against the system but it should be put to the members before being decided by the unions.

I use to use kilpatricks years ago but switched to the belgium grit as the local supplier stopped stocking it. I will go to another stockist tommorow to try and get some . Come to think of it i cant remember having soft shelled eggs while using kilpatricks.

Can anybody recomend a good calcium supplement that i can give to my hens before i pair up?. I have in the past had soft shelled eggs from late bred hens on there first round and would like to avoid this if possible. I have grit at them all the time but have been told to try a calcium supplement. thanks michael.

Im secretary for my club and looking through some of the results over the last couple of seasons about 5 races could of been affected if E T S and old clocks were used as the results were very close on occasion it was down to a decimal point. Im neither for or against E T S but if club results can be affected makes you wonder about fed results. Incidently at the moment none of our members have ETS.

Hi matt it might be a good idea to get to know some of your local pigeon fanciers and have a look round there lofts. Im sure some one in your area will show you around the loft to let you pick up some of the basics. When i first started i was shown round a local fanciers loft and i picked up on how the basics are set out in the loft. Hopefully one of the local fanciers can take you into his loft to show you the ropes . Best of luck ....Michael.

You might want to take the result of the test to your local vet to get the correct treatment.

Totaly agree with the fifer i only buy the ones for human consumption. I have seen some wild bird peanuts with mold on them so be carefull.

MABEE HE HAS ANOTHER PAIR TO KEEP BOTH BIDDERS HAPPY. AND MORE MONEY FOR PIGEON BASICS

Totaly addicted to them since i was 12 years old . Im now 38 and left the sport once when i was younger. But once you get that saturday fix you cant do without it.

I use a T3 also have a benzing quartz brown case and still have my dads old toulet.
