Well Done on your results colin those that know you know you are a great doo man , if you competed in all fed races and those were the type of results then yes but if you don`t compete in all fed races then you cannot be fed fancier of the year the only fair way is averages jmo (not refering to yourself personally) Colin

while acv can and does help it wont Stop worms or cocci ,i give it twice a week and my hens all caught worms that then moved on to cocci by contact with slugs , i will still use it .

unfortunatly it`s mostly concrete or chips around the loft , but have done that in the past and it worked. cheers lol

have done that but they are still getting in ! have put fine mesh over the vents and close the traps to the avery but the bosterds are still there this morning although not as many .

anyone any idea`s how to get rid of those large slugs ! they have invaded my stock loft and the birds went right down hill, had them tested and came back with severe worm and cocci count it only affected the hens as the cocks all came back clear , they get it from pecking the slime apparently.stock lofts in the brick garage ,

I have some of Johns birds and the one`s i have are pure class winning from 60 to 350mls one of them is mentioned in the sale he has 4or 5 2nds think it`s 3 1sts and topped the fed and been 2nd,3rd fed and he only a yearling great pigeon if only he would trap. baz lives in ayrshire john well adrift of fife . personally don`t think you would get the prices up here john ! could be wrong . colin

gutted for you mate , try hanging a Disco Ball from your loft on a bracket on a pole about 2 ft above the loft the sparrow hawks get too confused to make an attack beleive me it work`s the doo`s get used to it flickering in the sunlight , you can get them out the gadget shop £8

i agree with blaz about pentland fed my brother and i raced in east of scotland fed but we miss out on the boundry by a couple o hundred yds for their open races it`s a joke, but like you say its the same with the nats they have hatered for each other .But even those who left are coming back slowly ourselves included. the hawks are both our enemy so at least pull together on that .
