when i was a lad in the 70s i raced logans with my dad they use to be a good distance bird,is there anyone still racing logans and are they still doing the distance ? mark

i went to see a lib at burn near selby two year ago it was grate all these pigeons comeing out of the lorry what a site to see will never forget it. mark

well i tried alsorts now roundabout /natural/widowhood/hens on eggs/ect/ well at the end of this season i going back to hens on eggs cant beet it, thats the way my old dad and i use to race when i was a lad and i used it for meny years to, but since trying all of these new ways they use today i done no good at all for the past 4 seasons so next year its back to the way my old dad tought me hens on eggs here i come.i be back lol.

we were told that you can just put the rubber in the stb now not use the thimbles but you do so at your own risk,

its a personal option some people paint inside coz they like it to look nice mine are blue inside lol but it dont make any difference realy

well i did the same thing a few years back mate so it makes two of us lol. like you said you learn by your mistakes as i did back then and you have now,but in this game you will always make a mistake or two along the way because at the end of the day we dont know what pigeons think or do we just guess and hope we get it right so chin up buddy we all in the same boat. mark
