  1. they seem to do it quick enough in the internationals
  2. there must be computer programes were they could download each organisations results and produce 1 result
  3. each organisation could have thier own sepperate result like they did with the dax international a couple of years ago using their own wagons and marking stations it would'nt be that hard to do even if they kept the results sepperate it would still give fancier's the massive birdage to race against

  5. hi rose i've only been flying since 2004 but starting to get a team together now for the longer races i sent with the bbc this year and enjoyed it ,thinking of maybe joining the bicc+nfc next year and having a go at some more of the longer races ,got 1 from palamos(753mls) this year but out of race time i was chuffed and gutted at the same time but enjoyed it and am looking forward to trying again next year
  6. pau is 599 mls to me in south wales and i'd send
  7. could you imagine the faces on the continentels if we showed up for the pau international with 15/20,000 british birds :o
  8. i agree you lplates it would be a good challenge if they had say 1 race a year were everyone went together that's how these continentels get birds doing big speeds over 700/800 mls from places like barcelona they send a load and a big batch of birds will cover the ground easier than a couple just look at the tour de france bike race a lone guy will often go off on his own early but the pack just trundle's along safe in the knowledge that later in the day closer to home they will catch him up then someone who's fresh from the batch will win . if everyone in britian entered a race from say pau they'd be clocking good birds up in scotland most years i think , then instead of reading about invincible spirit we're b reading about inv.haggis
