I bought a pigeon at a guys sale last year , it wasnt transferred from its previous owner who it turns out is no longer in the pigeon game , i want to transfer it but don,t know the protocol for it , tried the S.H.U with multiple e-mails , got a reply saying someone would deal with, it never heard since and don,t even get a reply now
