as far as I know letter was ink signed ? and transfers need done before anyone can fly or train pigeons not transferred to them I think ? iam sure someone will correct me if iam wrong

you could also say Jamie there will be fanciers packing it in that work and we have midweek race with no concideration to them.and some clubs might only have one or two members under 70, premises have no outside to mark so central marking makes sence . and at present all marking would have to be outside to complie with the rules

glad we werent basketing outside tonight the gazzebo would have blown away and the cross wind on the 2 meter pole would have made it difficult to rubber ring ^_^
