Having Raced The Doos for near on forty years and having cared for and returned many hundreds if not thousands of birds to there owners ,I can honestly state i have never in all those years been fortunate enough to have a really good one that has gone missing ever reported any that have been were always duffers ,So i was wondering have any PB members been more fortunate than myself, look forward to reading your replies,Thanks Mick

I used to road train the young as much as possible but times and environment has changed since days of old,nowadays they are only educated up to 20 odd miles before racing commences and have more than held there on with the one's that are having the s-- knocked out of them each day but everyone to his on ,I would say the most important two points with young and old for that matter is SYSTEM and EXCELLANT HEALTH Everything will then take care of its self,Good Luck

Local Lad Chalky Watson who captains our local side Upper Annandale League Winners three out of the past four seasons has put in a transfer request to his manager wishing to again play southern counties with Threave rovers ,this causes me great problems as they are both employees of mine and have to work apart at present to avoid unnecessary bloodshed ,posted this just in case any budding scouts or agents were looking in as i could perhaps sway a deal for say 50% of his signing on fee bearing in mind he would make giggs look like an angel

Only got the one to send a yearling cock that homed from Marlborough after 14 hours ,what really made me take note was the way he carried on when entering the loft thought he had just flown 30 mls he is now in fantastic condition just up to me to do my part motivation wise he flew the Yb national last year and has flown the programme this his breeding is immaculate no its a long shot only the one but that's all it takes
