When Percy's hungry they don't mind what colour they are Andy.Lost three blues and a cheq. above the loft this season.Have found they mostly take the one that breaks away from the flock.

Reds seem to get hit no matter where they are Andy, we have the same problem here.

 

Remember hearing that Peregrines use infra red vision when hunting. Red is a hot colour so is easier for them to pinpoint when going into a stoop. :)

It was a documentary about them hunting, reds glow in the sky and they can see them from miles away more than any other colour.

 

Similar to cats sensing mice, etc by their body heat, or some such. :)
