Wiley
A. Gadsdon & Son(Custom House Working Mens Club & Newham Invitation Flying Club, East London Federation) In just the last 5 years we have achieved the following results racing just 16 pair of old birds, and between 30-40 young birds61 x 1st Club13 x 1st Federation1st Open London North Road Combine Thurso 510 Miles2nd Open London North Road Combine Berwick 306 Miles5th Open London North Road Combine Berwick 306 MilesLondon North Road Combine Hall Of Fame winner (A pigeon Achieving 3 x top 50 open in London North Road Combine Thurso 510 miles)Joe Mahoney Trophey For Best Three Bird Average Thurso 510 MilesRunner Up Tommy Long Trophy (best combined average for all Old Bird London North Road Combine Races.2nd Open Essex and Kent Amalgamation Wetherby 177 Miles4th Open Essex and Kent Amalgamation Wetherby 177 Miles4th Open Essex and Kent Amalgamation Wetherby 177 Miles2 x RPRA London Region AwardsNumerous times Sprint Champions of the East London FederationAs well as many more top London North Road Combine and Essex and Kent Amalgamation Positions Prior to this period we have also been 1st Open London North Road Combine Lerwick 599 Miles. The family of birds we race could be considered our own strain, however we have two main bases, and that is Frank Taskers and Gevaert van Schoorrisse. Consequently to these bloodlines you will find many other strains such as Sticker Donckers, Carl & Cyriel Lambrechts, Vandenbrande Brothers, Soontjen, Gabby Vandenabeele, Andrie Diereck, Paul Pardons, Jules Mannaert, Maurice Cassaert, Willy Thas, Billy Lynch, Tony Calverely, Danny van Dyke, Marcel Wouters, Van Den Dreissche, Frans Laermans, Leo Heremans and Paul Haeltermans. As you can see the family is a series of crossings, and we strive to keep on looking for better, and cross in only the best when we find out if they can improve our team when they was kept pure. We would like to offer to the fancy, a select number of young birds from our race team for the price of £30 a piece, plus carriage. For this price no pedigrees for the birds would be supplied, unless proof of results have been given, as the aim for these young birds is to be raced. Very few pigeons have left these lofts the last few seasons, but the lofts that have had them have been highly successful, including some members of pigeon basics.
