True you only need 1 bird to win but their testing time will be Arniston race

Matthew with Ybs racing their learning all the time, even when they are late coming home. The one thing you need with Ybs is a little patience and time to mature.

Well done Matthew, not a lot have 100% returns. Your YB's are doing well and learning all the time, just as you will be.

They are going to the Arniston race next week but after that I think they had enough and keep them for old bird racing or breeding

We all know it is beginner's nerves for Matthew, especially when he only has six YB's to race. When he only has one back the nerves kick in and the race is a disaster for him. Once the YB's sort themselves out and recover their route, ending with six, the race is no longer a disaster for him.

 

Well done Matthew and your pigeons.

Seems to me it's not a disaster after all just a long day for my doos, but I started out with 14 only 6 remain faithful to me so far.

Still have a better return than others Matthew, but with your small team you'll need to think about stopping a few to have for the yearling stage next season.

I will be I'm not doing the last 3, Arniston 1 then I have enough and save them. I do have another 6 young bird which are not racing at all they will go to old bird racing next year.
