In 2015, my friend Bill Walsh, sent me a latebred in August. The blue turned out to be a cock bird, and in 2016, i paired him to a home bred exceptional ex race hen who was stopped due to her bad trapping, who was a full sister also to My 'Nearly Frank' cock who was 2nd Open London North Road Combine Berwick. Together they produced the young bird pictured, who i picked out from the nest as my favourite from my whole young bird team. Today i have just received confirmation that this young bird has won 'Young Bird of The Year In The East London Federation'. winning 2x1st and 1x3rd where he was beaten by loft mates,in the club and 2nd,4th(when the loft took 1st,3rd and 4th Fed) and 7th East London Federation, also 2nd Essex and Kent Amalgamation.I would like to thank Bill for providing me the sire, especially as the young cocks nest sister also had a 1st and 2nd club plus federation positions. Thank you Bill, and i hope the cock carries on passing his winning genes here.

Funny you say that Billy, he contains the blood of the Whitenose Limoges on his Tail grandams side! Will get an updated photo when his young birds are away.

cracking youngster, wouldn't expect nothing less from bill, atb podgy

Podgy, the young bird photo'd is the Young Bird Of The Year in The East London Federation, which i bred, Bill bred his sire. But your right Bill has some quality there.

John, you are right this is how the game should be, me and bill have created a great friendship, and some of my birds reside in his loft also. I have a few from bill and i think they have a fantastic future in my family of birds.
