The way i read it is that you can let your pigeons fly out

at the loft for exercise only. According to the link above

this is ok as it says pigeons are fed and watered in the

loft.

We are lucky this is not the racing season because you

have no control over where your birds go, feed or drink

during a race and there would be no chance of DEFRA

allowing that.

I would rather see something in black and white from DEFRA.

I see in BHW online message from RRPA that the holding in of birds lifted is that just in England or is it in Scotland as well ,I just wish somebody with the real story would lets know .
