40 Dead Pigeons

On bbc spotlight news and on their website, 40 dead pigeons have been found on the A35 near Honiton area, birds were carried in a sack and placed dead along the road at 200m intervals. Police are asking local pigeon fanciers to count and check their birds.

I don't know if they are racers, fancy or wild, but why the expletive removed* would you place them at 200m intervals along a road unless its malicious, cant get my head around some people
