I would like to share with the members our loft's performances in what was our last season racing.......only old birds as we decided not to race young birds.

In 10 weeks racing they accumulated the following positions in Club, Fed, Combine & National racing - sending on average 24 birds per week, except for the Nationals where we sent 4 & 7 birds.

1. 8th & 13th Club

2. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 8th, 9th, 18th, 19th, 21st & 23rd Club

1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 17th & 18th Fed

3. 7th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th & 13th Club

4. 1st, 5th, 6th & 20th Club

2nd Fed

5. 1st, 2nd, 7th, 9th, 13th & 14th Club

1st, 2nd, 10th & 16th Fed

6. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 13th & 20th Club

1st, 2nd & 3rd Fed

7. 8th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th & 16th Club

16th Fed

14th, 19th & 25th Yearling Combine

8. 1st & 2nd Club

1st & 2nd Fed

7th Fed, 9th Region, 128th Open SNFC Billericay

(2 races Leicester & Billericay)

9. 10th Club

10. 50th Region, 409th Open SNFC Portsmouth (Bedhampton)

We are more than happy with the results our small team of sprint/middle distance pigeons achieved.

Not a bad effort to end on ;)

Alb,

Colin.

Although we have stopped racing, we intend to keep some old favourites and select racers, but no decision has been made on the rest of the race team or the stock birds.

I'm pondering one or two ideas..........

Alb,

Colin.

I meant to add.......the weeks we topped the Federation, our winning bird/s were leading the joint liberation.
