BIGPETE Posted December 24, 2014 Report Posted December 24, 2014 Ring arrived today but they all have some weird black mark/smudge on them (under the plastic). Got a few packs and they all have this... I'm guessing this won't effect the use of them or they wouldn't have been sent out? Doesn't effect the actual numbers and can all be read easily, but is a bit ugly. Anyone else seen this before or this year?
Wiley Posted December 24, 2014 Report Posted December 24, 2014 It's an fci logo meaning you can send in international races without them you'll be unable to send
BIGPETE Posted December 24, 2014 Author Report Posted December 24, 2014 Ah right, that makes sense. Cheers Ryan!

BIGPETE Posted December 24, 2014 Author Report Posted December 24, 2014 blimey , looks like a "smudge" to me ,i would have sent them back thanks for the info Wiley Amen to that. When I saw em I thought it must have been some sort of cock up when in the printing process. Certainly couldn't look at it even now and tell you what it is meant to be (without Wileys helpful insight).
Kyleakin Lofts Posted December 24, 2014 Report Posted December 24, 2014 Will the S.U.rings have this logo...? No. Which means that all SU rung pigeons from this year on will not be eligible for International competition. This information was apparently communicated well in advance, so the SHU have decided it didn't matter to their members.Obviously very few SU rung pigeons are entered in this sort of race and likewise very few are in the position to sell pigeons to others who may enter them into this sort of race, however I think it should be rectified by next year's issue since some SU rung pigeons are sent to the Barcelona One Loft Race and from this year on will be eligible only for National racing.
