greenbar Posted September 1, 2014 Report Posted September 1, 2014 what are the pros & cons with elderberry, how many times a week can u give it in the water,
hawked again Posted September 1, 2014 Report Posted September 1, 2014 The berries are just starting to blacken on the trees just now in Inverness, they may be ripe down your way just now if you can be bothered to pick them. I think they need to be partially cooked. Alternative you can get Sambucol from Boots. Two caps mixed with one bottle of Yakult and a gallon of water, sorts their muck out after about three days.
Kyleakin Lofts Posted September 1, 2014 Report Posted September 1, 2014 You are able to buy propriety brands of Elderberry syrup for mixing in the water or on the food.Apparently, it has properties to help clear the bronchial tubes, so assist against respiratory infections.
