the shu council called a meeting for lanarkshire who is paying the hall rental?

I heard earlier today that there may well be a Legal challenge to the meeting on thursday night.Anybody else heard anything about this?

and if there is a legal challenge, will they take offense to others racing down the east,  as the  petitioners  are set to go there

Received my letter from Fed this morning, and YB race route apart was surprised at additional agenda.Why have the SHU asked Lanarkshire to call a meeting???? also any clues / info with regard to undermining Fed officials

delegates were decided at the agm with one  substitute if none of the delegates could make it

three office bearers and a guy from motherwell can't remember his name but i am sure it is minuted

he was in a contest with george kelly and he won

Our president was instructed by the SHU to hold a meeting with regards dispute over the sub delegate to SHU

Mr Hendry was given 30 days to hold this meeting which he failed to carry out

Lanarkshire this year due to rule changes within the SHU had 4 delegates plus a sub

John Quinn was elected the 4th delegate and G Kelly was the sub

Well your wrong there Homer because George Kelly was never voted in as sub at any meeting of the Lanarkshire fed

It is funny how people can attend a meeting and see things differently

This is my view

Ian Henderson said that we now require a 4th delegate so we are looking for another delegate and a sub   Only 2 nominations John Quinn and G Kelly a vote was taken and J Quinn won my observations were that G Kelly was duly elected sub to the SHU

No chance that's why George Kelly lost his appeal about it at an SHU council meeting so that's dead in the water so dont try and pull the wool over anyone's eye's here Homer!
