I think a meeting should be called this week to sort out the shambles that has made us the talk of the town thois weekend and i mean an open meeting not a delegate meeting thats us now going into our 6th race and the pigeons have'nt been over 100 mls yet so i dont think we can jump them into 230mls no way

cant be change now alf,  if it could  they should be marked tonight for a race  sunday, they can book in to ripon early as they have horse  racing   on there, the same way they can find  a place when  we  are  brought back,  never seem to fail in getting into otterburn, hexham, kelso, before

other feds can get out over the 100 mile distance but it seems that us here in lanarkshire have a problem with even staying overnight at a racepoint

should we get an explanation, should we expect one,  from the L.F.  are you all happy to go 220-240 mile next week  from 98mile  do you put yearling in to it, or do you wait and put them in at 255  miles, the following week :o

we have a couple of birds with just the 1 race and as 4 our yearlings god knows just very very disappointed at the way the racing has been with this fed the past 10 or so races something will have to change

I think they have made a pure @rse of it given the weather we have had today and other Feds havin a race, and not a bad race from what i have heard.. :-/

David guiltly as charged but lets look forward to the rest of the Season and hopefully we have learned from our judgements. On the bright side we have a loft full of pigeons to fight another day and no matter what we think there is still 98 % Sh-te and our feeding bill is going through the roof. :(

the bottom line is, the transporter should have been there as agreed  in 07 -08,  and instead of sticking  there head in the sand, should have made  provisions for today,  it has nothing to do with hindsight,  well if it had  it should have been  corrected  last night or early this morning,   let the convoyer do his job first, then  the race controller do his  now the fed  has lost  revenue that they can ill afford to loose,  we cant compare  other fed returns as we could have had  a different lib time   ;) ;D

I would love to disagree but being such a pivotal race  - I cant :B

Many questions to be answered to ensure that this never repeats itself.

Hi Andy

Your statement seems to imply that you disagreed with Jims decision to cancel

Was that not when we had a president who would have made him take the doos to the race point though? If they are there you can race if the weather is ok!!!
