thats exactly what it looks like, he should be named, as a service to all of us ,the only problem could be can the guy sue this site if its allowed to name him?

 

am not tryin 2 fuel the fire here as it looks 2 me thats it,s a major blaze already we new members shud b made aware ov these ppl even if the mods or admins pm,d us with his name so we all know and made sure it was nva mentioned again in any threads thats all we askin for or does our rights not mean anything if ur not in the click on here ?

no offence 2 u or mick m8 but we shudnt have 2 pm any1 it,s up 2 them 2 warn us we joined this site agreein 2 their terms and aggreements so y cant they b truthful 2 us and let us know whats been goin on b4 we joined and b warned against these kind of low life ???????

I have not been following what has been happening on here but I firmly believe that the pigeon game is in the state it is today because people are to politically correct these days and are afraid or havnt the balls to take a stand ...this isnt just aimed at the person who is the subject of this thread but in general !!!

if someone is banned from this site wouldnt it be a good idea to place his/her name in a list explaining why they was banned.

im sure this would appeal to ,and for the good of the members.

this way everyone one would have the option to know of such a person.

Firstly, these accusations as you call them had nothing at all to do with the Ingram & Langton thread, they should not have been on it.  Secondly, Pigeonbasics dealt with the person, and he was banned from here. He therefore cannot sell on here, and the members on here are protected. Thirdly, we do not protect anyone that breaks the forum rules, and the proof of that is the ban and removal of the thread.

 

On your second point, Bruno1, surely it's the site that has been protected, and not it's members !

The first banned member on this site was habitual con man who not only ripped us off but a few other members on this and other sites, if we kept quiet then this boy would still be ripping off fanciers. When it was posted on here webmasters from other sites contacted us and asked for all the details and he was banned along with all his aliases from their sites as well

Yes they can come on under another alias as he did and PM new members but as his real name and address was posted we made it hard for him to receive cheques and other payments, we will never stop this happening but not talking about it or highlighting it will only help them carry on conning ignorant or nieve members, remember ###### was 50 and quite street wise and still got sucked in, Pigeon Pete was also a victim of his and he wasn't a naive spring chicken either   ;)

not wanting to be seen as a defender of the faith,or anything, but has anyone got any real idea from a legal standpoint where the site stands on naming this guy? [most of us know who he, is and some were even warning when he was a member,not that anyone was bothering] he has been banned from here ,what else can be done?,could we have a "kharzi list" held by admin that contains the names of little sxxxx like him,who if a member has doubts can be referred too?,you do not need to be told the reason for it,just that this [or any other person]is on it,or just have a good feed back/bad feedback list like we used to have for couriers[again no reason just good or bad]
