jade you are a national man but there is nothing in our constitution that says we must get up to speed to allow other members in our federation, wing time so as they can spend there money on supporting another union to race the national,

this is a classic case, when slippers are under the table, they then start thinking they can then, get them under the bed we have 12 races and it should be 12 steps from 60 mile to reach 440 mile but not worked into any other ones race plans

just to give you a idea we should start at 60 mile on the 28th april next year it would be 60 ,60,100.100.120, 150,180 yearling only race, ends sprint racing, 9th june. 16th june starts middle distance 200, 250, 300 360 440. ending on 14th july old birds.

I think you are partly correct Danny. The Federation system was set up for south flying along traditional routes. We no longer use these routes on a regular basis and the fancy has changed in that some want sprint, middle or distance. It was set up however, to marry in with the National programme since distance was the single aim of all fanciers.

The majority of your members get a nosebleed if you go past 150 miles. How are they going to support all these races over 200 miles. In England most feds don't go past 200 miles. The longer races are combine or national races

Again partly correct, but if the Federations worked together we could have sprint racing almost every weekend, middle distance starting a bit later, but running at the same time, 2 races per weekend, then the long distance starting and alternating with middle.

After watching bbc weather Forecsat,it's def one of those races that the committee could move the date ,ie bring it forward to Friday , don't know if they have the power to do this ???? Saturday doesn't look good ,I don't know about Sunday yet .
