gulkie Posted April 9, 2014 Report Posted April 9, 2014 Cider vinegar with garlic cloves in the bottle every day for meMan after my own heart George.have a great season mate.
Guest Owen Posted April 9, 2014 Report Posted April 9, 2014 I put the garlic coves into a food mixer with a small amount of water and smash it to a pulp. I then put it into a bottle and top it up with water. I add a small amount of this to the drinkers every day except Friday. I reckon boiling water will kill some of the active ingredient in it and by smashing it to a pulp the birds have to drink it.

I crush two big or three small cloves in a crusher , put them in a small coke bottle 500mls , leave it for a week , then I put it in the drinkers I use about half the bottle , then I top it up. And put in a new clove each week , oh I forgot to say I shake it vigorously. Every other day . And keep it in the fridge .
