Walter swanston Posted March 21, 2014 Report Posted March 21, 2014 There is a report in one of today's newspapers about a 90% decline of the sparrow population in and around Glasgow. This dramatic fall is most certainly due to the increased numbers of sparrow hawks all over the place,I place no substance in the clams of Better Together that the flocks are leaving Scotland for fear of a yew vote in the referendum.
Guest chad3646 Posted March 21, 2014 Report Posted March 21, 2014 the rspb say the sparrows decline is due to some sort of virus the other finches and the lark they say it is due to the farmers spraying
cemetary Posted March 21, 2014 Report Posted March 21, 2014 They will say anything, I don't believe a word they say, as we all no, its the sparra that's doing the damages nowt else.
